Aperitifs
An aperitif, apéritif (Fr.), or aperitivo (It.) is an alcoholic drink usually enjoyed as an appetizer before a large meal.

Norzina £5.00
Dry vermouth subtly sweetened with peach and apricot served with a lemon twist

Americano £5.50
Campari, sweet vermouth, and club soda. The cocktail was first served in creator Gaspare Campari's bar, Cafe Campari, in the 1860s.

Adonis £5.50
A beautiful balance of Sherry, sweet and dry vermouth, with a dry orange finish. A classic cocktail gracing the menus of many of the worlds top cocktail bars.

Pink & T £6.00
A twist on the quintessentially British gin and tonic. A double measure of Whitely Neil gin and Angostura bitters with bottled tonic. The Baobab (fruit from the Baobab tree, known as the 'tree of life') and Cape Gooseberry from the double gold winning Whitely Neil melt beautifully with the fruit and herb flavours from the bitters.

Spritz con Aperol £6.50
Aperol, a lovely orange and rhubarb aperitif, ‘spritzed’ up with prosecco. One of the most popular Italian aperitifs.

Bellini £6.50
Named after the Venetian artist Giovanni Bellini and the romantic sunrise colours of his paintings. Our Bellini is as authentic as those of Harry’s bar in Venice, fresh blush peach puree and prosecco.

Kir Royale - £8
We had to sneak this French number in! A Kir of the highest order, Rodier Brut Champagne with Giffard Cassis de Bourgogne, delicious!

Here are a few of our favourite drinks from other bars in London & around the world, so good in fact we’ve stolen them!

Fa’fafane (Match Bar - London) £6.50
Invented by a friend of the bars, vodka shaken with apple and lime juices, honey and passion fruit syrups and a dash of grenadine. If you’d like to know what the name means ask Tom at the bar.

White Lady £6.50
Bombay Sapphire gin, Cointreau and lemon juice shaken served up

Elderflower Collins (LAB – London) £6.50
A simple yet effective drink, a real thirst quencher! Bombay Sapphire gin and Maraschino cherry liqueur built with fresh lemon juice, elderflower cordial and topped with soda. Long and light.

Jack Rose £6.50
VSOP Calvados shaken with lemon and grenadine served up

Tommys Margarita (Tommys Bar – San Francisco) £7.00
El Jimador blanco tequila shaken with lime juice and agave syrup. Agave syrup is the wonderful honey like syrup produced from the crushed agave plant from which tequila is made. Served up or on the rocks.

Hemmingway Daquiri (Floradita – Cuba) £7.00
Created for the man himself in his jaunts around Cuba. A heavy lick of Havana Especial rum, maraschino cherry liquor, grapefruit and lime juices.

Red Hook (Milk and Honey – London) £7.00
A remix of the classic Manhattan. A simple mix of Sazerac Rye whisky, maraschino liqueur and sweet vermouth served up

South Side Royale £7.00
This one harks back to the Twenty-One Club, and is a staple of ritzy east coast watering holes all summer. A very refreshing mix of Bombay Sapphire gin, fresh mint and lime, a dash of sugar all topped with some sparkling wine.

These old style drinks are timeless. Based on simple recipes and quality ingredients, we’ve included some favourite oldies and some new remixes of our own.

Aperol Sour £6.00
A light cocktail for those who don’t want to be too light headed after a few! Aperol and muddled grapes, shaken with fresh lemon juice and a dash of sugar.

Italian Sour £6.50
Campari, Aperol and Galliano liqueurs shaken with lemon juice and sugar to create a wonderful bitter sweet drink. Very refreshing and not too heavy on alchol.

QB Sour £6.50
A quintessentially British drink! A smashing mix of Hendrics Gin & Rhubarb with a splash of fresh lemon juice, and a little grenadine. Light, floral and very drinkable.

New York Sour £6.50
Another really old drink harking back to the days of prohibition. An interesting mix of Bourbon and claret shaken with fresh lemon and sugar.

Japanese Cocktail £7.00
Remy VSOP Cognac shaken with fresh lemon juice and Orgeat, a French almond syrup. Served up with a lemon twist.

Albermarle Fizz £6.50
A refreshing zesty number. Bombay Sapphire gin shaken with fresh raspberries and lemon juices, sugar, egg white and a splash of soda. Long and very refreshing, a real sun downer drink.

Elks Club Fizz £6.50
A fizz is a real classic style of cocktail, and a real house favourite. This recipe is a interesting mix of Canadian Club rye whisky, port shaken with lemon, sugar and a dash of egg white, topped with soda.

Peach Blow Fizz £6.50
Finlandia vodka, fresh peach and lemon, cream and a dash of grenadine shaken and charged with soda. Frothy and fruity, very easy drinking

The Rum Page
There’s something magical and mysterious about this spirit. Originally the drink of pirates and sailors, now regarded by many as fine as the best Single Malts.

Treacle £6.50
A large measure of Eldorado 12yr stirred down with sugar and a splash of apple juice, served with an orange twist.

Mojito £6.50 Glass £20 Jug
Havanna Especial rum with fresh lime juice, sugar and mint served over crushed ice, or with cubed and a splash of soda for a jug.

Mai Tai    £7.00
The house blend of rums shaken with orange caracao, lime juice and Orgeat syrup. Served over crushed ice, just like the day it was born in Trader Vic’s in California.

Hurricane  £7.00
One of Tom the Bar managers all time favourite drink, the Hurricane was invented during the World War II at Pat O'Briens bar in New Orleans and was named after the shape of a hurricane lamp. Goslings rum, passionfruit syrup and Galliano, shaken with orange and pineapple juices with a dash of bitters.

Daiquiri - Various
Mr Jennings Cox, an American engineer came up with this drink, or so the story goes, near Santiago in Cuba. It’s a good way to drink good rum, and we’ve put together a few of our favourite combinations. Served up or on the rocks..

Bacardi 8yr - £7.00
A beautiful rum, thick with dried fruit and slight woody flavours

Mount Gay Extra Old - £8.00
A beautiful blend of Barbadian rum up to 17yrs old, a complex palate of fruit and wood with hints of vanilla

Santa Terasa Rhum Orange - £7.00
This is a drink for those a little new to rum, Santa Terasa rum orange is a wonder blend of Venezuelan rums macerated in oranges. Delicious in a daiquiri!
