The Level 3 Bar at the Exhibit is the perfect venue for any private event, boasting a fully seated balcony, and a 50" Plasma screen complete with Wii for Karaoke and games! We offer a delicious range of canapés and tailor made platters to suit every budget and we have a full range of Champagne and Sparkling wine starting from £16.

The room is available to hire for day time and evening events. There is no fee to hire the room just a minimum spend at the bar. Friday evenings- £800 Saturday evening is £1000; all other times are negotiable. There is also an additional fee for security at £15 per hour at the weekend.

Terms and Conditions
1) At least 1 Month’s notice is required if you wish to cancel. Cancellation within 1 Month prior of the booking will be charged 15% of the minimum spend.
2) The Exhibit retains the right to charge 50% of the minimum spend as a cancellation fee if notice is not given within 14 days prior to the booking.
3) Cancellation within 7 will be charge 100% of the minimum spend.
4) The charge for security is not part of the minimum spend. Security is not optional.
5) The Exhibit is not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal belongings.
6) Age restriction of 21 years.
7) We reserve the right to deny entry or ask a member of a party to leave premises if behaviour is deemed unsuitable.
8) We reserve the right to change terms and conditions at any point.
9) Any event that is charging guests must be authorised by the general manager in writing.
10) If the minimum spend is not met the credit card provided on this form will be charged on the night.
11) Food and drink bought in any other area of the building will not go towards the minimum spend in level 3
12) Any damage caused to Exhibit property by any guest will be charged to the card provided.
13) The Level 3 balcony cannot be used after 10pm due to licensing restrictions.
14) The hire of the Level 3 bar does not include the cinema. This is available to rent until 10pm only for an additional £70 for the evening.
