The Level 3 Bar at the Exhibit is the perfect venue for a private event, boasting a fully seated balcony, boutique beers on tap and superb quality sound system.  We offer a delicious range of canapés and tailor made platters to suit every budget and we have a full range of Champagne and Sparkling wine starting from £20.

The capacity of the venue is 65 including the balcony area and there is the option to use the cinema until 10.30pm to add a theme to the party or to just put up some unsuspecting pictures on the big screen!  The cost to hire the room works on a minimum spend or capacity basis; on Friday evening, there is a minimum spend of £1000 and on Saturday evening the minimum spend is £1200; all other times are negotiable. There is also an additional fee for security at £15 per hour at the weekend.  The room is unavailable Sunday or Monday evenings.

There is the option of using your own dj or we can recommend a dj (at a cost that you would negotiate with them). We also have the ability to run an I-pod through the sound system so you can create your own play list for the evening.  In addition we can organise live music or comedy to add something a little different or if you fancy learning to make cocktails or having a wine tasting, then this is also available.

Terms and Conditions
1) For weekend evning bookings, security will be paid at time of booking. This is non refundable unless 5 or more days notice is given.
2) The Exhibit retains the right to charge 10% of the minimum spend as a cancellation fee, if notice is not given within 3 weeks prior to the booking and 50% of the minimum spend as a cancellation fee if notice is not given within 7 days prior to the booking.
3) The Exhibit is not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal belongings.
4) Age restriction of 21 years.
5) We reserve the right to deny entry or ask a member of a party to leave the premises if behaviour is deemed unsuitable.
6) We reserve the right to change terms and conditions at any point.
7) If the minimum spend is not met the credit card provided will be charged on the night.
8) Food and drink bought in any other area of the building will not go towards the minimum spend in level 3
9) Any damaged caused to Exhibit property will be charged to the card provided.
10) The Level 3 balcony cannot be used after 10pm due to licensing restrictions.
